連泊時の客室清掃変更について

 

いつもホテル緑清荘をご愛護賜り、誠に有難うございます。
地球環境保全のため、資源の有効活用や環境負荷の低減に取り組んでおります。
客室清掃の頻度を減らすことで、水や洗剤の使用量を削減し、環境保全に貢献できるものと考えております。
客室清掃につきまして、2025年12月1日(月)より下記の通り変更させて頂きます。

何卒ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

ご連泊の場合、客室清掃は2日に一度とさせて頂きます

◆清掃内容
・3泊目以降、1日おき（奇数泊）に清掃を実施いたします。（例：3泊目、5泊目）
・偶数宿泊日（例：2泊目、4泊目など）は、清掃員による客室への入室は控えさせていただきます。
・偶数宿泊日には客室のドアノブにタオルセットを掛けさせていただきます。
・ゴミや使用済タオルの回収をご希望の場合は、入口外（廊下）にお出しください。
・3日目以降も清掃不要の場合は、フロントスタッフへお申し付け下さい。
　衛生上の観点から、数日に一度は清掃をさせて頂きます。ご了承願います。
　清掃日につきましては、フロントスタッフにご相談下さい。

To protect the global environment, we are committed to the efficient use of resources and reducing environmental impact.
We believe that reducing the frequency of room cleaning will help conserve water and detergent usage, thereby contributing to environmental preservation.

Regarding room cleaning, we will implement the following changes starting Monday, December 1, 2025.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Room cleaning will be provided every other day.

◆Guest Room Cleaning
・Starting from the third night, cleaning will be performed every other day
 (on odd-numbered nights). (Example: 3rd night, 5th night, etc.)
・On even-numbered nights (Example: 2nd night, 4th night, etc.), housekeeping staff
 will refrain from entering the guest room.
・On days when Guest Room Cleaning is not performed, we will Face, Bath Towel Set
 on the door knob of your guest rooms.
・If you wish to have your trash or used towels collected, please place them outside 
the entrance (in the hallway).
・If you do not require cleaning after the third day, please inform the front desk staff.
　For hygiene reasons, we will clean your room every few days.
We appreciate your understanding.
　Please consult the front desk staff regarding the cleaning schedule.
